Named after Ripple Rock Mountain, demolished after causing over 100 shipwrecks. Honey and toffee apple on the nose, leading to chocolate cake and coffee beans on the palate, with ginger and oak tannins, pipe tobacco, and fudge.
Made from Alberta’s renowned Taber corn. Aromas of honey and lemon-drop candies lead to vanilla, caramel, cocoa powder, and barrel char on the palate.
Named for the 2,565 m summit in the Maligne Range. Cracked pepper, cinnamon, and fresh green apple perfectly balance warm spices, gentle sweetness, and a smooth, inviting character.
90% corn, 10% rye; matured in ex-bourbon and Canadian rye barrels. Sweet corn on the nose with notes of caramel, dark chocolate, vanilla, and pepper on the palate, finishing with oak and spice.
Made from premium rye grown locally since the 1940s. Soft fruity elements layered over butterscotch sweetness, complemented by a peppery spice on the finish.
