Pineapple and tropical fruit characteristics with cardamom and coriander spices all mix in with spicy
Belgian yeast character in the aroma. A substantial body is supplied by the oats which provides a backdrop to showcase fruit forward American and Australian hops.

With all of the punch an American IPA has to offer, this beer finishes with a smooth citrus after-taste. The Sinners of hop bitterness and Saints of fruity citrus taste will no doubt rage a holy war in your mouth.

A collaboration between The Establishment Brewing Company and SUPERFLUX. We combined our brewing ideas to create a deliciously hoppy IPA.

Drop in on this steep, flavour-packed IPA and bomb straight into big flavour and tropical hops. Double dry hopped with a blend of Yakima Valley’s finest hops and fermented wit the juice-inducing power of foggy London yeast.
3. grizzly paw - evolution ipa
6.2% alc./vol.
Hops: Galaxy, Ella, Amarillo, Citra
This balanced golden copper coloured IPA has a big hop aroma of citrus and passionfruit which combines with resinous and pine hop flavours leading to a softly bitter finish.

Lemony sweet, with oats and wheat, a juicy feat, a sweet tea treat, take a sip, and then repeat.

This IPA is fruity, aromatic, and well balanced. Amped up by floral NW hops, its medium bitterness and rich amber hue will have you in a hopping good mood.
2. tailgunner - red magi dipa

Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus
This double dry-hopped DIPA is designed to be a drinkable version of the style. Balanced malt and gentle bitterness give way to notes of apricot jam, peach iced tea, and juicy fruit flavours.

Using brown rice, cherries and a whole lotta hops, this beautiful rose coloured brew is light and crisp, with delightful cherry notes that blend well with the hops, providing dank, citrus and white grape aromas and flavours.

We’ve taken the greatest old world Belgian yeast from one of our favourite Trappist monasteries and paired it with Mosaic and Simcoe, the two greatest hops of the new world North West region of Yakima, creating something incredible. The aroma explodes with such an amazing blend of tropical fruit.
