1. SYC - TRIANGULUM

6.5% alc./vol.

Hops: Citrus, Galaxy, Talus

If you’ve liked our NEIPAs in the past, boy, have we got something for you. We used a trifecta of hops in this brew - Citra, Galaxy, and Talus - a beer of big threes. We named this beer Triangulum after the third largest galaxy, Triangulum. For the taste of this beer you can expect notes of pineapple, stonefruit, with a slight resinous, sappy finish. Let your taste buds travel to faraway places.

This visibly hazy IPA pours with a large off-white head. The aroma is intense with tropical fruit flavours that include pineapple, papaya and coconut. The citrus notes run the spectrum from lemon and grapefruit to tangerine and orange and continues to change as the beer warms. Behind that, a wonderful, herbaceous, resiny pine aroma is lurking. The flavour is similar with tropical fruits and a shifting citrus character that is followed by the herbal and resin flavours which lead into the soft bitterness of the finish. This lingers pleasantly and allows the tropical fruit notes to return and urge you to take another sip.
